To launch Powerbeats Pro 2, Beats’ first fitness headphone upgrade in six years, FutureDeluxe created a premium 3 minute film, pushing the boundaries of motion and sound, placing athletes at the heart of the story.
The film captivated viewers with a blend of live-action, elite athletic performance, and refined CGI, visualising the product’s evolution and human performance in harmony.
Instead of traditional motion capture, FutureDeluxe used an agile approach with iPhone and Luma AI to scan athletes mid-motion, creating Gaussian splats. Depth maps were created using RunwayML, and Houdini transformed them into immersive 3D scenes. These cutting-edge tools redefined how the product was presented, elevating the execution and enhancing both its visual and technical impact. Deployed across digital platforms and Messi’s channels, the campaign achieved 46M views and a total reach of 9M, surpassing brand engagement goals.
