Lauren Hartstone is an Emmy-nominated creative director, designer, and live-action director based in New York. She specializes in strong, thoughtful storytelling and compelling visual identities for a wide range of brands.
Lauren’s clients include: Google, HBO, TNT, Coach, Spike TV, Bravo, Sudafed, Pepsi, Target, and Smirnoff. In her collaboration with HBO, she was honored with two Emmy nominations for her work on the main title sequences for Boardwalk Empire and The Pacific. Lauren’s work has also been recognized by Creative Review, Brand New, IdN, Fast Company, and PromaxBDA.
Most recently, Lauren worked as a staff creative director at both Gretel and Imaginary Forces. She holds a BFA degree in visual communication from Washington University in St Louis, where she concentrated in graphic design.
